About Us

Comfort Products, Inc. was founded to offer products that coincide with building science.  We offer measurable comfort and energy savings in residential and light commercial buildings.  Our real world service to the residential and light commercial new construction market as well as the existing retrofit market, allows us to analyze the latest HVAC peripheral products.  We separate the “comfort makers and energy savers” from the “smoke and mirrors” and “false prophets” in the market place.

Our constant contact with the HVACR industry has led us to our current product line for four reasons:

  1. They really work.  Measurable energy savings and comfort is achieved when these products are applied to solve issues of energy savings and/or comfort.
  2. They are reliable and easy to use.  Unreliable products that are unreasonably difficult to use are the main reason that most products don’t live up to their objectives.  We don’t allow research and development to be done in the field with your customers.
  3. Reasonably priced.  Although price is only third, it is important that there is a very positive return on investment.  Again, we reiterate that number 1 and number 2 are usually the reason why there would not be a positive return on investment, but our products must be competitively priced.
  4. At the end of the day we want the Contractor to feel qualified and accomplished with our products.  Our Training and Support help to accomplish this, and will lead to profitable contractors with more referrals and sales for us all.

We understand that these products must be applied correctly.  That is why we focus on the IN-HOUSE TRAINING before the project starts, ON-SITE TRAINING and technical support during the installation and FAMOUS TECHNICAL SUPPORT at start up and during the warranty period.

Our mission is to support your contractor when installing our products correctly, the first time.  He just wants to make the profit margin that he expected, and be excited to know that he is well trained to do another installation.  He knows that our support is a phone call away; however our goal is to train the contractor so that over time that phone call is not necessary.
